Graphic Designer – Fixed-Term (12 months)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and reliable Graphic Designer to join our International Headquarters in Luxembourg for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure our print and marketing materials reflect the premium standards of our FitLine brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt print and marketing assets, including product packaging, following corporate design guidelines.
• Coordinate updates and revisions with relevant teams and manage translation workflows for print materials.
• Oversee print production, liaising with external printers to deliver high‑quality print data.
• Handle several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Support brand development by contributing to the creative vision across marketing collateral.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to print and packaging projects.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in design and printing media.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Good knowledge of pre‑press processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Committed, reliable, customer‑oriented and highly organized.
