GNC Engineer – Advanced PAT Systems

About the role

We are looking for a GNC Engineer to join a space‑technology company developing next‑generation laser communication systems. The role focuses on designing and validating advanced pointing, acquisition, and tracking (PAT) systems for future space missions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and validate control algorithms for PAT systems.
• Perform system modelling, identification, and laboratory characterization of hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary hardware and software teams.
• Write and review technical documentation.

Required profile

• Professional experience in GNC engineering.
• Master’s degree in Control Engineering, Space Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of lab‑based system identification and characterization of real systems.
• Experience across all product development phases, from design through testing and validation.
• Previous work on space projects and familiarity with embedded or real‑time control systems.
