About the role

As a Soft Services Facilities Management Engineer, you will lead the transformation of Amazon's global soft‑service portfolio, covering cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping and related disciplines. You will work with worldwide teams to embed next‑generation technologies and sustainable practices across thousands of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement global standards for soft‑service delivery.
• Lead strategic initiatives that drive cost optimisation, sustainability gains and service quality improvements.
• Develop data‑driven frameworks to measure performance metrics such as cleanliness audits, waste diversion rates and grounds‑maintenance quality.
• Utilise AI, IoT and predictive analytics to shift service management from reactive to proactive.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to enhance reliability, compliance and regulatory adherence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing soft‑service operations at a large, multi‑site organisation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence global teams.
• Track record of delivering multi‑million‑dollar cost‑optimisation and sustainability projects.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements across cleaning, waste, pest control and landscaping.
