Global Product Management Manager – Pharma Focus

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Manager to lead global product management for our pharma-focused portfolio within a leading cargo airline. The role involves driving strategic initiatives, enhancing product performance, and representing the full range of pharma logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic product initiatives across the pharma portfolio.
• Monitor product performance, market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with analytical and operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Support commercial teams through customer engagement, training, presentations, and sales enablement.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps, marketing plans, and business strategies.
• Ensure consistent product delivery standards and alignment across internal departments.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and competitive positioning throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain internal communication and stakeholder alignment on product developments.
• Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, pharma logistics or airline operations.
• Self‑driven, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and decision‑making capabilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Energetic, optimistic and collaborative attitude.
• Experience or exposure to pharmaceutical logistics, cold‑chain transportation, or healthcare supply chain solutions is an asset.
