Global Fund Custody Account Manager

About the role

This position joins a high‑performing team renowned for client service, responsiveness and deep custody expertise. You will work across the full end‑to‑end custody product, gaining exposure to operational, relationship management and strategic activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Wealth Management & Investment Services (WMIS) client accounts and products of various types and sizes.
• Provide technical, industry, process and troubleshooting support to operation specialists within the unit.
• Focus on day‑to‑day deliverables, develop solutions based on subject‑matter expertise, and occasionally represent the department at a broader level.
• Contribute to strategic planning within your area of expertise when required.
• Complete daily processing activities while delivering a high level of customer service.
• Identify and minimize risk in the control environment, improve process efficiency and resolve customer issues effectively.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of custody products and wealth management services.
• Ability to provide technical and process support to operational teams.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
• Capability to handle daily processing tasks and deliver accurate results.
