Full-Stack Data Engineer

About the role

Luxtrust is seeking a motivated Full‑Stack Data Engineer to join its Capellen office on a permanent basis. The role covers the complete data lifecycle, from collection and pipeline construction to analysis and delivery of business insights. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to build reliable, scalable data solutions that support analytics and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data architectures, models and data warehouses.
• Build and optimise automated ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest data from APIs, databases, files and external systems.
• Perform data cleansing, validation and transformation to ensure high data quality.
• Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns and actionable insights.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop back‑end data services that enable analytics, automation and machine‑learning projects.
• Monitor, tune and ensure the performance, scalability and reliability of data workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice standards.
