Fuel Senior Technician (OS099)

About the role

The Fuel Senior Technician supports NATO and commercial fuel operations in deployed environments, ensuring compliance with logistics procedures and quality standards. The position is based on a three‑year fixed‑term contract and may require deployment to remote locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fuel‑related projects and oversee contract administration.
• Apply Quality Assurance standards and policies to all fuel operations.
• Provide expertise on military and commercial fuel requirements and NATO logistics procedures.
• Perform statistical analysis and produce technical documentation.
• Utilise SAP for data management and reporting.
• Communicate diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders across multiple nationalities.

Required profile

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 4 years of related experience, or secondary education with 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and contract administration.
• Knowledge of QA standards, fuel logistics, NATO procedures, and basic statistics.
• Proficiency in technical writing and SAP.
• Willingness to learn ongoing processes and maintain personal proficiency.
