Financial Controller

About the role

KR Recruitment is seeking a Financial Controller for a leading real‑estate and infrastructure investment management group. You will own core financial processes across an international platform, supporting budgeting, payroll, and internal controls in three jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting and reforecasting cycles, consolidate inputs, and provide variance analysis with strategic insight.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual financial close for all entities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee end‑to‑end accounts payable, enforce supplier onboarding controls, and monitor operating expenses.
• Maintain internal control frameworks for payroll, travel costs, intercompany recharges, and insurance monitoring.
• Support audit processes with well‑organized financial records.
• Contribute to potential accounting software replacement, evaluate system needs, and drive automation and AI tool implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deliver clear financial commentary to senior management.
• Experience working in multi‑jurisdictional environments and handling complex financial reporting.
• Proactive, curious and committed professional who thrives in high‑performing teams.
