Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a fully qualified Chartered Accountant to take end‑to‑end financial ownership of our Luxembourg and UK entities. This position offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, support corporate transactions, and develop expertise across corporate finance, business partnering, and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial accounting, reporting, bookkeeping and month/quarter‑end close processes.
• Prepare statutory accounts and financial statements in line with Lux GAAP and IFRS where applicable.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and accounting partners.
• Lead grant funding documentation and financial reporting.
• Oversee Luxembourg VAT, tax and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Act as a key financial business partner to senior management.
• Support corporate transactions and legal documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, tools and processes.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CPA).
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm or high‑quality corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP and Luxembourg tax and VAT regulations.
• French language skills are helpful.
• Experience with Xero accounting software.
• Proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to take ownership and work effectively across an international business.
