About the role
A small-sized financial services company is seeking an experienced accountant to join its Luxembourg office, handling day‑to‑day administration and bookkeeping for various SPVs and funds.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily administration and bookkeeping for Luxembourg SPVs and funds.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and year‑end closings, including NAV calculations where required.
- Prepare financial statements, periodic reports and VAT & tax returns.
- Liaise with clients, advisors, investors, auditors and other third parties, handling audit queries.
- Support organization of board and shareholders’ meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit or Economics.
- Previous accounting experience within a PSF environment.
- Fluent English; French considered an asset.
- Strong MS Office proficiency and ability to interact effectively with contacts at all seniority levels.
- Team spirit, prioritisation skills and effective written/oral communication.
