Event Coordinator Trainee (Internship)

About the role

Join the Training & Event Organisation (TEO) team at PwC Luxembourg as an Event Coordinator Trainee. Over a six‑month period you will support the full lifecycle of internal and external events across Luxembourg and the EMEA region, gaining practical experience in event planning, logistics and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating a variety of events, ensuring timelines, logistics and deliverables are met.
• Source and book venues, accommodation, catering and activity providers.
• Manage event registrations and communicate clearly with participants.
• Coordinate transportation, materials and onsite requirements to guarantee event readiness.
• Liaise with speakers, suppliers and participants to align expectations.
• Support financial tracking, including invoice processing and budget monitoring.
• Provide onsite and virtual support during events to deliver a consistent participant experience.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Event Management, Communication, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Available for a six‑month internship with a valid university agreement.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong interest in event organisation and project coordination.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
