Europe eCommerce Development Manager

About the role

Ferrero is looking for an Area Europe eCommerce Development Manager to drive the growth of its online business across European markets. You will translate the group’s global vision into actionable regional strategies, creating meaningful digital experiences for consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate eCommerce growth by analysing market opportunities and shaping priorities by category and region.
• Collaborate with regional teams and the Europe Area to implement omnichannel, pure‑player, quick‑commerce and social‑commerce strategies.
• Define clear objectives, activation plans and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Share best practices, roll out tools and guidelines, and foster knowledge exchange across markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital strategy or commercial development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Hands‑on, results‑oriented attitude with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
