ESG and Fund Disclosure Consultant

About the role

As an ESG and Fund Disclosure Consultant you will join Deloitte Luxembourg’s sustainability and reporting team, supporting international asset‑management clients with fund factsheets, ESG reports and regulatory disclosures. You will work at the intersection of finance, technology and sustainability, helping clients navigate evolving ESG regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, review and maintain fund factsheets and ESG reporting templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Onboard new funds and clients, supporting digital and AI‑enabled reporting processes.
• Manage daily client interactions, prepare monthly performance reports and quarterly executive summaries with KPIs.
• Coordinate with regulatory, content, technology and operations teams to deliver consistent documentation.
• Act as a trusted regulatory advisor, advising on ESG and fund regulations, market standards and ad‑hoc disclosure needs.
• Utilise data tools and platforms to monitor reporting data, maintain process documentation and flag issues.
• Contribute to AI‑driven solutions, workflow automation and data‑driven reporting enhancements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a sustainability‑related field.
• Interest or experience in sustainable finance, investments, asset management or related financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with a proactive mindset in regulated environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in Python, SQL, Power BI, VBA, data management tools and AI‑related technologies.
