Editorial Content Specialist

About the role

Netcompany is looking for an Editorial Content Specialist to create high‑quality print and digital publications on topics such as economics, infrastructure, technology, and sustainability. You will translate complex technical information into clear, engaging narratives for a broad audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create, draft, edit, and refine reports, speeches, articles, op‑eds, social media posts, and blog entries.
• Manage the full content production lifecycle from concept to publication, coordinating with internal teams.
• Identify compelling stories about companies, people, and innovations and develop them into engaging narratives.
• Use AI tools for content generation, summarisation, and editorial efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers, subject‑matter experts, and communication teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Maintain high editorial standards, brand consistency, and accuracy across all platforms.

Required profile

• Degree in Journalism, Communications, Economics, Public Policy or a related field.
• 4–10+ years of experience in editorial, publishing, media or content production.
• Proven published work demonstrating strong writing, editing and storytelling skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience simplifying complex or technical subjects for general audiences.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
