DevOps Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure (Luxembourg)

About the role

We are partnering with an innovative satellite company to hire a DevOps Engineer who will drive the growth and maturity of its cloud infrastructure and engineering platform. The role is hands‑on and focuses on AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, observability and platform reliability within a cloud‑native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain production‑grade AWS infrastructure supporting satellite data services.
• Deploy, operate and scale Kubernetes/EKS clusters for multiple engineering teams.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate provisioning workflows.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent) for seamless code delivery.
• Integrate monitoring, logging and alerting tools to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with software, data and engineering teams to improve scalability, security and developer experience.
• Champion best‑practice standards and drive continuous improvement of the platform.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proven expertise in production Kubernetes/EKS environments.
• Solid background in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
