Data Solutions Analyst

About the role

Join the Data Solutions team that sits at the intersection of investment funds, regulation and data innovation. You will help collect, structure and enrich data that powers regulatory reporting, advanced analytics and emerging GenAI services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in digital projects involving automation, RPA and GenAI‑based solutions.
• Help define and continuously refine the Target Operating Model (TOM) for data and reporting.
• Develop a solid understanding of end‑to‑end process flows, identify pain points and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Support daily activities for collecting, ingesting and maintaining documents and data using RPA tools.
• Act as a point of contact for internal regulatory teams and external clients or data providers.
• Review and challenge matching, scrubbing and enrichment outputs to ensure data quality.
• Investigate data anomalies, communicate findings and coordinate corrective actions.
• Contribute to data governance by documenting data sources, flows and defining controls.
