Cyber SecOps Consultant

About the role

Sopra Steria is looking for a forward‑thinking Cyber SecOps Consultant to join its Production Security team in Luxembourg. You will support both day‑to‑day RUN activities and the broader cybersecurity programme, helping clients modernise and protect their digital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Vulnerability management and server hardening
• Secure technical accounts and enforce password policies in Active Directory
• Configure and maintain security tools such as CyberArk, Splunk, RSA, Trellix and Varonis
• Support the Production Security manager with procedures and activity reporting
• Perform firewall flow recertification and document security infrastructures

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in insurance or finance
• Proven expertise with CyberArk and solid knowledge of firewall management
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
