Customer Support Specialist – German Speaking

About the role

Salonkee is looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its Customer Success team. You will provide fast, friendly assistance to hair and beauty salons across Europe, helping them get the most out of Salonkee’s digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Rapid Support & Resolution – respond to phone, chat and email inquiries and aim to close tickets within 24 hours.
• Technical Support & Setup – troubleshoot login, system and hardware issues and guide salons through configuration.
• Billing & Subscription Management – handle payment questions, invoicing and subscription updates.
• Relationship Management & Retention – conduct regular check‑ins, identify churn risks and strengthen partner loyalty.
• Platform Education & Knowledge Sharing – train partners on features, best practices and tips.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement – log interactions in the CRM, monitor trends and contribute to FAQs and product feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client support, preferably via phone.
• Customer‑focused mindset with patience and empathy.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and quick decision‑making.
• Detail‑oriented documentation and follow‑up.
• Effective multitasking and time‑management skills.
• Technical aptitude with phone systems, CRM and helpdesk tools.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.
