Customer Support Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

Salonkee is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join its Customer Success team. You will provide fast, friendly assistance to hair and beauty salons across Europe, helping them get the most out of Salonkee’s digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver rapid phone support and respond to chat and email inquiries, aiming to resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Troubleshoot login, system and hardware problems, guiding salons through setup and configuration.
• Handle billing questions, payment issues and subscription updates.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, manage partner needs and mitigate churn risks.
• Educate partners on platform features, share best practices and create helpful documentation.
• Record all interactions in the CRM, monitor trends and contribute to FAQs and product feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in phone‑based client support.
• Patient, empathetic and able to manage challenging conversations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
