Customer Success Officer

About the role

LuxTrust is seeking a motivated Customer Success Officer to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes with our digital identity and trust services. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, delivering training, support, and proactive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support and functional assistance for assigned client accounts.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, and adoption of LuxTrust applications.
• Resolve complaints, queries, and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments to close open tickets and manage incident/problem processes.
• Document incidents, write reports, and communicate status updates to customers.
• Assist customers in configuring applications to meet specific needs and support regular feature deployments.
• Promote best practices to improve customer experience and drive retention.
