About the role
The Customer Service Specialist will be the primary point of contact for Yokohama OTR’s internal and external customers in the Replacement and Original Equipment markets. Based in Luxembourg, you will ensure that product needs are met quickly and professionally, supporting a seamless flow of tires and wheels to OEM partners.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond via web portals, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Enter and manage orders in the M3 ERP system, guaranteeing data integrity and timely processing.
- Analyse customer forecasts, monitor inventory reports and flag gaps to the Planning team.
- Collaborate with sales and planning to anticipate demand and prevent service interruptions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Yokohama OTR product range and its applications.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Proactive mindset, capable of identifying issues before they affect the customer.
Required skills
- Experience with M3 ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Familiarity with order entry, inventory management and demand forecasting processes.
