Customer Service Representative – European Market

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our European customers at our Luxembourg office. You will work closely with Business Managers and Sales Representatives to understand customer needs and support the growth of our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders quickly and accurately, coordinating with internal departments to resolve inquiries.
• Handle general customer questions on pricing, product literature, order scheduling, inventory and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and enhance company credibility.
• Create new accounts and trial orders for new business opportunities.
• Generate detailed reports, maintain records and perform clerical tasks for internal and external customers.
• Organise and attend international trade fairs to represent the company.
