Customer Service Representative (6-month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pommerloch on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. Working Monday to Friday with flexible hours, you will play a key role in ensuring partner satisfaction by handling orders, building strong internal connections, and contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop your skills while working in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately manage and track customer orders to guarantee fast and efficient processing.
• Coordinate actions with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to streamline operations and reduce delays.
• Provide warm, professional, and tailored responses to all customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Support overall customer service activities, helping maintain a reliable and outstanding service experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or account management role.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a valuable asset.
• Strong communication abilities, natural empathy, and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven ability to work in a structured, organized, and autonomous manner within a team.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of SAP software.
