Customer Aftersales Advisor – Luxembourg

About the role

Leasys Luxembourg is looking for a Customer Aftersales Advisor to be the primary point of contact for drivers using its mobility services. You will ensure every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming driver requests via phone and email following internal procedures.
• Provide clear guidance on services, procedures, and solutions.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure effective follow‑up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Proactively reach out to drivers to support them and promote services.
• Record all interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Contribute to service quality monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process optimisations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and stakeholders.
