CSR Project Management Trainee

About the role

Luxtrust is seeking a motivated CSR Project Management Trainee to support its sustainability and human‑rights initiatives. This 6‑to‑12‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in data collection, reporting, and project coordination within a trusted digital‑services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in renewing local and international CSR certifications.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyse data for sustainability reports and presentations.
• Support the preparation of the “National Business and Human Rights Pact” report and related human‑rights projects.
• Help strengthen human‑rights assessments of suppliers and respond to RFPs and labeling questionnaires.
• Contribute to obtaining a professional equality and diversity label.
• Participate in the United Nations Global Compact Communication on Progress (CoP) report, including questionnaire analysis and data coordination.
• Assist in planning and promoting sustainability events and campaigns.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bac +4/Bac +5 program in CSR, Sustainability, Human Rights, Environmental Studies or a related field.
• Available for a 6‑to‑12‑month internship covered by a university agreement.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and good organisational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CSR, human rights, sustainable development, and environmental issues.
