Crypto Assets Regulatory & Training Expert (Freelance)

About the role

LES CONSULTANTS is seeking a seasoned Crypto Assets Regulatory & Training Expert to design and deliver e‑learning modules and classroom sessions on cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape. This freelance position will support the creation of high‑quality training content for professionals operating in Luxembourg and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training materials and presentations covering crypto‑assets, Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi, and tokenisation.
• Integrate regulatory topics such as the MiCA Regulation, AML/CFT requirements, Travel Rule, sanctions, and crypto risk controls into the curriculum.
• Monitor and analyse ongoing regulatory developments in the crypto sector and update training content accordingly.
• Deliver live training sessions or webinars when required, adapting content to audience needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in crypto‑assets, blockchain, financial compliance or related regulatory fields.
• Strong understanding of both the crypto ecosystem (exchanges, wallets, token standards) and the European regulatory framework (MiCA, AML/CFT, sanctions, Travel Rule).
• Previous experience in training, consulting or curriculum development is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum and other major digital assets.
• Familiarity with MiCA, AML/CFT, Travel Rule and sanctions compliance.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear educational content.
