About the role
Our client, an international law firm, is looking for a Counsel to join its Investment Funds department in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality legal advice to fund clients, support business development and collaborate across practice areas and offices.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of legal issues related to alternative investment funds.
- Manage and supervise junior associates and associates within the team.
- Participate in the Fund Practice group and contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
- Drive business development activities in Luxembourg and internationally.
- Collaborate with cross‑practice departments and cross‑border offices.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with strong experience in the Luxembourg market.
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience in alternative investment funds.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
- Solution‑oriented, conscientious and able to deliver work of a high standard.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
