Consultant - Business Transformation & Operational Excellence

About the role

Resultance is looking for a proactive Consultant to join its Business Transformation & Operational Excellence team. You will work on client projects, analysing current processes, proposing improvements and supporting implementation to achieve long‑term business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the current state and define the target operating model.
• Identify, optimise and redesign key processes to increase efficiency.
• Create compelling presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support clients during solution implementation and ensure sustainable results.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Build trust with stakeholders and become a reliable project resource.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in any relevant field (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance).
• Fluent in English and French; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Curious, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Passionate about learning, humble and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
