Construction Site Manager – Retail & Hospitality Projects

About the role

Agilité is seeking a Construction Site Manager to lead high‑value retail, office, hotel and restaurant projects across Belgium. You will act as the technical reference on site, coordinating teams, subcontractors and suppliers while ensuring quality, deadlines and a superior client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction work on diverse commercial interiors.
• Develop, manage and follow up on project schedules, including purchases, deliveries and site reserves.
• Verify execution plans and organise site logistics – human and material resources, storage, access, authorisations, utility networks and supplier contacts.
• Coordinate all subcontractors, lead on‑site progress meetings and guarantee adherence to budget and deadlines.
• Maintain communication between clients, design offices, execution teams and service providers, incorporating feedback from control bodies.
• Apply and enforce health, safety, environmental and regulatory policies.
• Identify and correct implementation defects or non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a site manager or technical reference on construction sites.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong focus on quality, deadlines and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to construction projects.
