Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of major construction projects in Luxembourg. The role covers sectors such as data centres, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and other mission‑critical facilities. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from pre‑construction to handover, ensuring safety, quality and budgetary targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction activities from mobilisation through commissioning and handover.
• Manage general contractors and key subcontractors to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations, project objectives and programme milestones.
• Drive construction best practices across all project stages and provide leadership to onsite and delivery teams.
• Promote and maintain the highest health, safety and environmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety legislation, client requirements and project‑specific standards.
• Work closely with site management to implement safe working practices and monitor quality management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale construction projects in sectors such as data centres, industrial or pharmaceutical facilities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and quality regulations.
• Commercial acumen and ability to deliver projects on programme and within budget.
