Compliance Officer – Fixed-Term (6 months)

About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join a dynamic compliance function within a regulated wealth planning environment in Luxembourg. This fixed‑term position (6 months) focuses on anti‑money‑laundering (AML), know‑your‑customer (KYC) and broader financial‑crime prevention activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform AML/KYC reviews and due‑diligence assessments on client files.
• Monitor transactions and investigate unusual or potentially suspicious activities.
• Prepare and escalate compliance‑related reports and alerts.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of compliance controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC or financial‑crime within financial services.
• Good understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory framework and AML/CFT requirements.
• Experience in insurance, life insurance or wealth management is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
