Commercial Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Business Development & Marketing Director, the Commercial Manager will translate Leasys Luxembourg’s commercial strategy into measurable results. This hands‑on leader will oversee a team of Account and Sales Managers, drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C segments, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Convert commercial strategy into sales plans, targets and pipeline management.
• Negotiate and renew contracts with corporate clients, dealerships and financial partners.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performance sales team, set objectives and conduct appraisals.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and growth levers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Risk to align processes, lead generation and compliance.
• Monitor sales performance using KPIs, dashboards and CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership or commercial management.
• Strong track record of revenue delivery and team development.
• Background in B2B sales, preferably in leasing, automotive or mobility.
• Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish or German a plus.

Required skills

• Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) proficiency.
