Client Relationship Manager – Asset Servicing

About the role

UBS is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join its Asset Servicing team in Luxembourg. You will act as the primary contact for sophisticated wealth and institutional clients, helping them navigate fund set‑ups, KYC processes, and a range of banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long‑term, trustworthy partnerships with clients.
• Understand and address complex client needs, from fund creation and account opening to fund administration and transfer agency.
• Ensure daily execution and smooth operation of client accounts with prompt response times.
• Provide value‑added solutions by anticipating client requirements and adapting services.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, policy, and documentation standards.
• Contribute to a strong risk‑aware culture within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment fund and custody business.
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg’s regulatory framework.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship‑management and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and integrity‑driven team player with a positive attitude.
• Well‑organized multitasker with analytical abilities and practical problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English; German and French are valuable assets.
