Client Lifecycle Management Expert

About the role

As a Client Lifecycle Management Expert you will ensure a smooth, compliant and client‑centric experience throughout the entire client journey. You act as the trusted interface between Relationship Managers, Compliance, AFC and clients, guaranteeing that onboarding and KYC processes meet the highest regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Relationship Managers across the client lifecycle.
• Review AML, tax, regulatory and onboarding documentation for the Luxembourg Private Banking booking centre.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding and KYC review processes.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks on colleagues’ cases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Execute periodic or event‑driven KYC reviews, escalating issues when necessary.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on systems, processes and regulatory topics, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, AFC, Tax and Front‑Office teams to deliver a high‑quality client experience.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in complex onboarding, KYC or AML environments with solid knowledge of AML/KYC regulations.
• Proven managerial experience with involvement in strategic decision‑making.
• Deep understanding of bank processes, policies, products and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking and a client‑centric mindset.
• High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to multitask.
• Positive, solution‑oriented and proactive working style.
• Specialist knowledge in QI/FATCA, CRS, process optimisation or project management.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Willingness to present a recent criminal record.
