CFO Advisor (QuickBooks Online) – Remote, $200 per task

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CFO Advisor to help create and evaluate finance‑focused AI datasets. This short‑term, remote contract will involve reviewing accounting scenarios, assessing AI‑generated responses, and improving dataset quality for AI evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review accounting and finance reasoning datasets for AI evaluation.
• Analyze financial statements, bookkeeping records, and accounting scenarios.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and financial reasoning.
• Develop prompts, rubrics, and evaluation guidelines for finance‑related tasks.
• Identify accounting errors and improve dataset quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial consulting.
• Previous role as CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant.
• Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO) or experience with Omni Chat.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience supporting SMB clients and handling complex accounting queries.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and written communication skills.

What we offer

• Short‑term (10‑week) contract with up to 40 hours per week.
• Compensation of $200 per approved task.
• Fully remote work with a required 4‑hour overlap with PST.
