About the role
We are looking for a high‑impact Managed Services Sales Manager to drive enterprise‑level sales and business growth across our Managed Services portfolio in Luxembourg. The role requires a strategic hunter‑farmer who can build long‑term relationships with executive and C‑suite decision‑makers in key sectors such as government, banking, telecom, aviation, energy and large enterprises.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the sales strategy for Managed Services across Luxembourg’s key sectors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking and partner alliances.
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders with compelling business value propositions.
- Expand existing accounts via cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities and conduct regular business reviews.
- Translate customer needs into solution architectures covering Oracle Fusion, ITIL/ITSM service desk, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, DevOps, SecOps, AI/ML, software and mobile development, and ManageEngine suite.
- Lead proposal preparation, SOWs and RFP responses, and negotiate complex commercial models.
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, HR and PMO to ensure smooth service mobilization.
Required profile
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, preferably within GCC or international markets.
- Proven success selling Managed Services across multiple domains.
- Experience engaging senior leadership, CIOs, CTOs and procurement teams.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, service contracts, SLAs/XLAs and managed‑service financial models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Engineering; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
