Business Development Manager

About the role

Finologee is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its professional payments platform, BKO, within the asset management sector. You will turn qualified leads into signed contracts and build lasting relationships with fund managers, ManCos, AIFMs, administrators and depositaries.

Key responsibilities

• Drive BKO’s commercial development in the Luxembourg asset‑management ecosystem, positioning it as the reference solution for professional payment flows and bank data exchange.
• Take qualified leads from Marketing through qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, product, technology and compliance teams to align offering with market needs.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to increase account value.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the asset‑management market, especially in Luxembourg.
• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of converting leads into contracts.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while reporting to the Chief Sales Officer.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
