About the role
Finologee is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate its expansion into the asset‑management vertical. You will promote the BKO (Banking Orchestrator) payments platform to fund managers, ManCos, AIFMs, fund administrators and depositaries, turning qualified leads into signed contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Drive BKO’s commercial development within the Luxembourg asset‑management ecosystem.
- Engage with ManCos, AIFMs, fund administrators, depositaries and transfer agents to position BKO as the reference solution for professional payment flows and bank data exchange.
- Take qualified leads from Marketing, qualify them technically and commercially, prepare proposals, lead negotiations and close deals.
- Provide market insights to the Marketing team to refine targeting, content and events.
- Collaborate closely with product, technology and compliance teams to ensure solution fit.
- Report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and co‑founder.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of the asset‑management market in Luxembourg.
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with institutional clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self‑motivated individual contributor comfortable working in a fast‑growing environment.
