About the role
Simdle Mobility, a product of Losch Digital Lab, is transforming on‑demand mobility software for cities and operators. As a Business Developer for the DACH region, you will drive sales growth, manage public procurement processes, and forge strategic partnerships to expand the platform’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business development activities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor, coordinate and submit proposals for public procurement opportunities, including RFPs and tenders.
- Identify and engage potential clients, arrange meetings and product demos, and gather market intelligence.
- Create and maintain sales assets such as pitch decks and technical submissions.
- Track sales and marketing metrics, analyse performance and recommend improvements.
- Increase Simdle’s visibility through participation in industry fairs, events and partnership building with private operators.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and on‑site visits, travelling as required.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in sales or business development within a SaaS or technology start‑up environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver smooth demos and address client needs.
- Self‑motivated, curious and capable of navigating complex public procurement processes.
- Native German speaker with high fluency in English.
- Existing network in mobility, public transport or B2G sectors is highly valued.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using sales analytics platforms.
