Business Analyst

About the role

UniSystems is seeking a Business Analyst to join its UniQue team. You will support the translation of digital visions into concrete business solutions by documenting and structuring processes, operating models, and requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Document, structure, and formalise business processes, operating models, and requirements.
• Prepare high‑quality deliverables such as process descriptions, functional requirements, use cases, and analysis documentation.
• Collaborate with senior Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather, validate, and record business needs.
• Maintain clear, complete, consistent, and traceable documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to business process analysis, requirements management, and project planning activities.
• Support decision‑making by maintaining analysis artefacts and ensuring alignment with project standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, documentation, or project support, preferably in sourcing and procurement services.
• Proven experience in documenting processes, requirements, and structured deliverables.
• Good knowledge of business analysis and documentation practices.
• Understanding of ERP concepts and core finance processes.
• Strong ability to structure and document business information.
• Experience supporting workshops and capturing business inputs.
• Experience working in structured project or programme environments.
• Good command of spoken and written English (B2 level).

Required skills
