About the role
The BaaS GTM Manager will lead the go‑to‑market strategy for a fast‑growing Banking‑as‑a‑Service platform in Luxembourg. Working in a remote‑first environment, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting high‑value fintech and digital‑asset partners to closing complex B2B agreements. You will act as the primary commercial liaison, shaping solutions together with product, compliance, legal and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end BaaS sales process: prospecting, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a predictable pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Design commercial proposals with pricing, revenue‑share and integration requirements.
- Serve as the main commercial contact for partners, driving long‑term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across payment rails, card programs and embedded finance products.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Legal to translate partner needs into viable technical and regulatory solutions.
- Prepare pitch decks, executive summaries and represent the company at industry events.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of experience in fintech, payments or Web3‑focused business development with a proven B2B closing record.
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure, card issuing, BaaS models and embedded finance.
- Familiarity with traditional financial systems (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, push‑to‑card) and crypto/Web3 ecosystems.
- Experience working in regulated environments and handling compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
