About the role

PwC Luxembourg is seeking a motivated Audit Trainee for a six‑month fixed‑term assignment starting 4 January 2027. This role offers a fast‑track entry into audit, working on high‑impact projects for international clients across funds, operational companies, and banks.

Key responsibilities

• Apply audit methodology to assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and audit financial statements.
• Collaborate with global clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver insights.
• Utilize digital tools and automation to increase audit efficiency and uncover insights.
• Develop expertise in accounting standards, sustainability matters, and regulatory frameworks.
• Contribute to innovative solutions for complex business challenges.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or final‑year) in finance, accounting, audit, economics, business or related field.
• No prior audit experience required.
• Curious mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; French or German a plus.
