Architecture & Design QA Lead – Remote

About the role

This remote, hourly contract position focuses on ensuring the quality and consistency of AI‑generated architecture and design data. As the Architecture & Design Quality Assurance Lead, you will guide a distributed team of trainers and reviewers, helping to shape the data that powers leading AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated architectural, interior, urban‑design, and built‑environment content against detailed rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback to trainers and contributors, highlighting issues such as spatial reasoning errors, code‑sensitivity gaps, sustainability oversights, and visual inconsistencies.
• Identify recurring quality problems, communicate updates to the QA team, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Support onboarding of new contributors, monitor performance, and reactivate inconsistent participants.
• Collaborate with project managers to align quality standards with client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, Planning, or a closely related field.
• Strong command of English for following guidelines, communicating with remote teams, and delivering clear written feedback.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture, design, interiors, urban design, construction documentation, teaching, design review, or related built‑environment workflows.
• Deep understanding of design principles, spatial organization, circulation, scale, proportion, materiality, accessibility, sustainability, building systems, and construction logic.
