Accountant – Private Equity (Luxembourg) – Up to €60k + 32 days holiday

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join a well‑established asset management firm in Luxembourg. The role focuses on the day‑to‑day accounting of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) linked to private equity investment structures, within a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting for private‑equity‑related SPVs.
• Prepare and review corporate and tax filings.
• Produce annual accounts, statutory financial statements and related reports.
• Collaborate with the Senior Accountant and provide regular updates.
• Liaise with external auditors, advisors and service providers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in a Luxembourg‑based fiduciary, asset manager, PFS or professional services firm.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on exposure to private‑equity or private‑debt structures.
• Solid knowledge of tax return preparation and related compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
