About the role
Deel is looking for an Account Executive focused on expansion within the SMB segment for the Benelux region. You will act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our global payroll and HR platform.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand needs and articulate product value.
- Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Engage cross‑functionally to influence product development and gather competitive intelligence.
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Resolve client complaints and improve processes to prevent future issues.
- Act as a client advocate to enhance the buyer experience.
Required profile
- Located in the EMEA region.
- 3+ years of closing sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
Required skills
- Salesforce (SFDC) proficiency.
