Talent Acquisition Officer – Asset Management

About the role

GOTOfreedom is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join its Asset Management team in Luxembourg. You will start by focusing on sourcing top talent, building relationships, and engaging passive candidates, then progress to managing full recruitment projects and advising client companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract high‑quality candidates for Asset Management, fintech, and ManCo roles.
• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Utilise AI‑driven sourcing tools and recruitment technologies to gain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent quickly.

Required profile

• Approximately 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
• Experience within Asset Management, fintech, or a ManCo environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Asset Management roles and industry terminology.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
