Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will join PwC Luxembourg’s Talent Attraction & Acquisition team, working closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to shape hiring strategies for experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define and execute hiring strategies aligned with current and future talent needs.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to influence recruitment decisions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill areas.
• Coordinate with Talent Attraction and Graduate TA teams to ensure alignment and clear communication of hiring progress.
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience that reinforces PwC’s employer brand.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on experienced‑hire recruitment.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level) and strong data‑driven mindset.
• Proven ability to build trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and dashboard creation.
