Senior Relationship Manager, Greece

About the role

Deutsche Bank is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager based in Luxembourg to manage a dedicated portfolio of Greek high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The role works with the Wealth Management Senior Lead to meet agreed sales and revenue targets, with clear P&L accountability for growth in net new assets and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition in Greece and among the Greek diaspora, with a focus on net new assets and revenue growth.
• Lead personalized relationship management for Greek private clients, entrepreneurs and family offices, coordinating product and specialist support.
• Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities across investments, lending, wealth planning and corporate/investment banking solutions.
• Manage target customers professionally and strategically, including strategic and tactical asset allocation, in close collaboration with the Investment Manager.
• Ensure onboarding quality and documentation comply with internal processes, MiFID II and Greek/EU regulatory requirements.
• Supervise administration and business management within valid processes and policies, and oversee customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• University degree and/or recognized banking qualifications.
• 15 years of experience managing Greek UHNW relationships at a leading private bank, with a strong track record in business development and P&L responsibility.
• Proven sales strength, ability to originate, negotiate and close complex mandates, and proven ability to use AI tools responsibly.
• Willingness to travel regularly between booking centers and Greece.
• Excellent English and German or French; other languages are an added value.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the Greek market, tax and regulatory framework, business culture and cross-border constraints.
• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg, Swiss and UK financial centres.
• Structured working methods, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
