Senior Project Manager – Software Delivery Coordination

About the role

Join an international team in Luxembourg to lead a large‑scale digital transformation programme for a financial institution. The Senior Project Manager will own end‑to‑end software delivery across multiple squads, ensuring seamless coordination and timely deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full delivery accountability across several squad workstreams and applications.
• Coordinate technical architecture, Kanban flow, testing and production deployment.
• Manage cross‑application and cross‑squad dependencies.
• Monitor progress, align workstreams and report status to senior management.
• Identify risks, define mitigation strategies and produce management reports.
• Facilitate decisions with Product Owners, Technical Leads and QA Leads.
• Coach teams, promote continuous improvement and ensure effective stakeholder collaboration.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven experience managing dependencies across multiple squads.
• Accountability for delivery outcomes in a large enterprise or banking environment.
• Hands‑on software engineering background with experience in the full delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business‑level communication.
