Senior Project & Change Officer

About the role

Join the Core Project Unit at PwC Luxembourg and help drive the firm’s internal transformation agenda. As a Senior Project & Change Officer you will work closely with Project Managers, business teams and senior stakeholders to turn strategic priorities into practical, sustainable change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs, identify root causes and translate challenges into clear improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map current processes and design future‑state solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions that align teams, build consensus and support decision‑making.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives alongside Project Managers, ensuring objectives, milestones and dependencies remain visible and on track.
• Contribute to governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment for successful project delivery.
• Design and implement change‑management activities that prepare teams for change, strengthen adoption and minimise resistance.
• Coach project teams and stakeholders through periods of transformation, supporting communication, training and engagement.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project coordination, change management or a related field.
• Fluent English; French or German considered an asset.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to work with data‑driven tools.
